Join us to explore how refining your personal story of self can highlight your strengths, resilience, and creativity. This collaborative workshop with Teton Behavior Therapy blends narrative therapy principles with art-based directives to support personal growth, deepen self-understanding, and cultivate resilience. Through hands-on creation of personalized books and guided storytelling exercises, participants will reflect on their experiences, celebrate their journeys, and build confidence in sharing their narratives.
The workshop will emphasize empowerment through both artistic and verbal expression.

Bios of the presenters:
Deirdre Morris is a Clinical Counseling intern at Teton Behavior Therapy specializing in Art Therapy. A longtime Teton Valley resident, she brings valuable experience from her career in art education, witnessing firsthand how relational connection and creative expression support healing.
Lila Satterfield is a Clinical Mental Health Counseling intern at Teton Behavior Therapy, where she is pursuing her passion for fostering community and the power of authentic connection. Witnessing the profound impact of belonging, shared growth, and resilience, Lila was inspired to pursue her journey toward mental health counseling.
